Executive Summary

Chenega Advanced Solutions and Engineering, LLC (CASE, LLC) was founded in 2002 as an 8(a) small and disadvantaged business.   As a result of our success, CASE voluntarily withdrew from the 8(a) program in January 2009.  Headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, we are a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation, and one of 6 subsidiaries of the Chenega Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

CASE’s vision is to set the standard for technology services and innovation in the Federal space; and in pursuit of this goal, we offer full life cycle IT professional services, federal acquisition and program management support services, engineering and SETA support to our Government customers.

ISO 9001:2008 registration
CASE is an ISO 9001:2008 registered subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, documenting proven management processes utilized on current contracts and built on lessons learned which enhance program management, improve quality assurance and increase operational efficiencies, all as a standard performance to our customers. CASE’s alignment under Chenega’s Military, Intel and Operations Support Strategic Business Unit (MIOS SBU) allows us to share similar proficiencies and services, further strengthening our capability for shared knowledge and consistent levels of quality and service.

Proven, PMBOK-based program management proceses and procedures
CASE’s SharePoint based QMS is robust and utilizes proven program and risk management practices rooted in the PMBoK. We have dedicated Quality Management staff who operate independently of the MIOS subsidiaries in auditing our programs, giving our clients an objective dashboard of our projects’ cost, schedule and performance delivery.

CASE’s reach back into our MIOS SBU support provides CASE with SME’s, processes, and experience that can be utilized to support our customers. Because of our close relationship with the subsidiaries in the MIOS SBU, we are able to access these quickly and effectively, ensuring no lag time in support.

With the MIOS SBU, CASE can leverage a fully staffed recruiting team with experience staffing personnel for multiple Chenega subsidiaries on support contracts for a number of federal and commercial efforts which span the globe. We also have the ability to leverage additional recruiting resources across the whole of Chenega Corporation, giving us a capability on par with many larger organizations’ recruiting capabilities.

Through Chenega Corporation, CASE is provided with a level of financial stability and a substantial line of credit inaccessible to most small businesses.
