LORTON, Va., December 1, 2016—Chenega Applied Solutions (CAS), Chenega Decision Sciences (CDS) and Chenega Technical Innovations (ChenegaTI), three subsidiaries of the Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) strategic business unit (SBU), proudly sponsored the 2016 Fort Huachuca Holiday Ball in Tucson, Arizona.
Held on the first Friday in December, the annual Fort Huachuca Holiday Ball benefits the Huachuca Solider, Family and Civilian Activities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting the soldiers, families and military community of Fort Huachuca. More than 650 military personnel and their supporters attended the event, including Maj. Gen. Scott Berrier, Senior Commander, United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Latter, USAICoE, and distinguished guests retired Maj. Gen. Julius Parker, Jr., Commanding General, USAICoE, and Brig. Gen. John Hoefert, Commander, Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG).

In June 2016, MIOS announced the opening of its new service branch in Sierra Vista, Arizona. With the launch of the Sierra Vista office, the company is better able to support the growing engineering, IT and technical and intelligence operations needs of area defense and intelligence customers, improving communications and responsiveness with a committed local support staff.
