Capabilities

Intelligence provides the basis for policy or decisions. It ensures that responsible and rational actions are undertaken every day by people, organizations, and businesses around the world. We provide studies and analyses, technology planning, and capability assessments to support a range of functions. We also provide support on numerous initiatives including research services and technical support, program assessments and evaluations, trend analysis, and subject matter expertise.

Sound records management relies on proper documentation and accountability integrated with transformative technology. The retention of historical records is essential to the growth and development of future processes and policies. We offer our customers answers for their assets, not complications. We provide physical storage, e-records digitization, retention, and disposition action as well as electronic systems assessment, strategic planning, policy development, and training development and delivery.

Well-established IT is recognized as the key differentiator between any program’s success and failure. We provide transformative IT solutions for our customers that empower their missions and meet the rapid demands of a dynamic environment, all at maximum cost-efficiency for our customers.

IT is any organization’s most vital asset. CITES protects at the engineering and design level, offering full design and implementation for the intelligence and defense communities. We deliver powerful enterprise cybersecurity because a weakness anywhere in your enterprise is a weakness everywhere in your enterprise.

Transformation is essential to any program. Legacy systems can be costly to secure, maintain, repair, and replace. Modernizing techniques combined with creativity and the proper IT knowledge can help alleviate the challenges facing federal agencies of today. We offer solutions in software integration, administration, development and deployment, and integration libraries to allow your IT to work for your programs, not against them.
